This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is provided by Pocodot Labs, Inc. ("Pocodot," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all users of the Pocodot platform, including the AI agent marketplace, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Disclaimer supplements and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

The Platform provides access to AI agents that generate content, recommendations, analyses, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). These AI Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may:

• Contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or "hallucinations"
• Reflect biases present in training data
• Produce inconsistent results for the same input
• Fail to account for context-specific nuances

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI Outputs before relying on them for any purpose. Pocodot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI Output.

Pocodot operates as a marketplace that connects users with AI agents created by third-party developers and providers ("Agent Creators"). Pocodot does not build, train, or control the majority of agents listed on the Platform.

Accordingly:

• No endorsement: Listing an agent on the marketplace does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of its quality, safety, or suitability.
• Agent Creator responsibility: Agent Creators are solely responsible for their agents' functionality, outputs, compliance with applicable laws, and adherence to our Terms of Service.
• Verification efforts: While we perform basic verification checks on agents before listing, these checks do not guarantee the absence of errors, vulnerabilities, or harmful behavior.

Nothing on the Platform or in any AI Output constitutes professional advice, including but not limited to:

• Legal advice or legal opinion
• Financial, investment, or tax advice
• Medical, health, or therapeutic advice
• Accounting or auditing advice
• Engineering or architectural advice

You should always consult with a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI Outputs in any of these areas. Reliance on AI Outputs for professional matters is at your own risk.

When you interact with agents on the Platform, your inputs and data may be processed by third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services. For full details on how your data is collected, processed, and protected, please refer to:

Pocodot does not use your inputs to train AI models. However, third-party Agent Creators and AI providers may have their own data processing practices, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

The Platform and its agents are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform or any agent
• That any specific agent will remain available on the marketplace
• That agent behavior or capabilities will remain unchanged over time
• Any specific level of uptime, latency, or performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any agent or feature of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Agent Creators may also modify or remove their agents independently.

Pocodot uses a credit-based system for agent usage. Important information about credits:

• Credits are non-refundable digital goods with no cash value outside the Platform
• Credit pricing and agent costs are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Platform
• Unused credits may expire in accordance with our Terms of Service

Any financial information, projections, or analyses generated by AI agents on the Platform do not constitute investment advice and should not be relied upon for financial decision-making.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Disclaimer constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
