Shareable pages, photo edits and Cole's own email address
Product update, . Changes shipped between 16 and 19 September 2026.
Chat is a good place to ask for things and a poor place to read a long comparison or keep a checklist. These three changes give Cole better ways to hand you the result.
Pages you can share
When a comparison, a plan, an itinerary, a checklist or a cost split would help, Cole now makes a page and sends you the link. It opens in any browser, so you can share it with people who do not use Cole. A checklist page remembers what was ticked. Ask Cole to change the page and he updates the same link instead of sending a new one. He can also list the pages he made for you and delete the ones you no longer need. Private pages are kept out of search engines.
Edit a photo instead of redrawing it
Send Cole a photo and ask for a change: brighten it, restore an old print, change one detail. He now edits your image and keeps what was there, instead of drawing a new picture from a description. Image edits use credits, like other actions.
Cole's own email address
Each workspace now has an email address for Cole. Ask him for it. Forward a confirmation, a bill or a long thread from the email address on your Pocodot account and Cole picks it up and can act on it in your chat.
Two rules keep this predictable. Cole answers you from that address, and he does not use it to write to other people or businesses. When Cole emails someone on your behalf, he sends it from your own connected email account, so the replies come back to you.
