Run your entire business from one chat thread.
A WhatsApp AI assistant handles reminders, email, your calendar, research and phone calls, all from the chat you already have open.
A WhatsApp AI assistant is an AI system that works inside WhatsApp to handle tasks for you. You message it like a person, and it handles reminders, email, your calendar, research and phone calls from the same chat you already use every day.
The term AI assistant typically implies a tool you visit when you need it. A WhatsApp AI assistant inverts this relationship. Cole by Pocodot lives inside WhatsApp as a contact. You message it the same way you message anyone in your contacts. Cole reads your instruction, determines what action is required, and executes it - before returning a summary to your WhatsApp thread.
This is the main difference from an AI tool you open in a browser. You do not go to it. It is already there, in the messaging application you have open most of the day. This is what makes it a truly messaging-native AI product.
The six things a WhatsApp AI assistant handles
1. Supplier follow-ups and outbound calls
Brief Cole on a supplier situation through WhatsApp: the contact, the issue, and what you need to know. If you have connected your inbox, Cole drafts a follow-up email and sends it once you confirm. On a paid plan you can also ask Cole to phone the supplier: it confirms the number and purpose with you before dialling, then saves a summary and transcript to Call History. Cole does not message the supplier on WhatsApp for you; those messages still go from your own phone.
2. Invoice chasing and payment confirmation
Overdue invoices take time to chase. Ask Cole to draft the reminder email; it asks before anything goes out in your name. Ask for a reminder in the chat to check again on a set day. If a call would be faster, Cole can phone the customer on a paid plan and save a summary of what was said.
3. Customer message drafts
Cole does not answer your customers for you. What it can do: paste or forward a customer message into your chat with Cole and ask for a draft reply, then send it yourself. For email, Cole drafts the reply from your connected inbox and asks before it goes out.
4. Photos and files
Send Cole a photo or a file in the chat and ask about it: a supplier quote, a receipt, a delivery note, a contract. Cole reads it and answers in the same thread.
5. Scheduling and reminders
Cole sets reminders that arrive on your phone via WhatsApp at the time you set, once or on a daily or weekly schedule. Not a notification buried in a calendar app: a message in the thread you are already in. Once you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, Cole can also put meetings on your calendar.
6. Briefings and research
Before a client call, send Cole a message: "Brief me on [client name] - what did we last discuss, what is pending, and what do I need to know?" Cole returns a structured briefing drawn from the notes it kept and your recent conversations with it. Nothing requires searching through threads or refreshing your memory manually.

Why WhatsApp is the right foundation for business AI in Southeast Asia
For many businesses, supplier relationships, client conversations, team coordination and day-to-day decisions already happen in WhatsApp groups and individual threads.
An AI tool that requires a separate interface sits outside those conversations. Cole can sit inside them. Add Cole to a WhatsApp group and it replies when someone tags it, calls it by name or replies to it. Once an account pays for the group, Cole keeps the group's messages as background and can recap them.
