5. Config: Vault, Cards, Browser, Locations, Watches
Summary
Account > Config holds what Cole acts with on your behalf: stored logins, a payment card, his browser profiles, locations you shared, and the watches you set. Passwords and card numbers are encrypted and never shown again.
Open Account > Config to manage everything Cole uses when he works on websites for you.
- Vault. Site logins Cole may use in his browser. Each login is encrypted with a key specific to your workspace, used only on the site you saved it for, and the password is never shown again, to you or to Cole. Turn on Ask me every time to have Cole request your approval in chat before each sign-in. Teams on 1Password Business or Teams can also share a vault through the Advanced section; this is optional and for advanced setups, the simplest way to give Cole a login is Sign in for Cole on the Browser card. The activity list shows every use.
- Cards. A payment card Cole may use at a checkout. The number is encrypted and never shown again. Cole pays only after you approve the exact total and merchant in chat, every payment is listed here, and a monthly cap (THB 20,000 by default) with an optional per-payment limit applies.
- Browser. Cole keeps one browser profile per person, so the sites he signed in to stay signed in between requests. See what each profile holds and log Cole out of every site in it.
- Locations. Pins you shared with Cole in chat, so he can find places nearby or deliver to where you are. Cole never tracks you; delete any pin here and it is gone immediately.
- Watches. Things Cole is keeping an eye on: a page or a price until it changes, or a trigger such as arriving home from an iOS Shortcut. Ask Cole in chat to set one up; cancel it here or copy the Shortcut address.
Before anything that spends money, sends a message, changes an account or accepts terms, Cole sends you a short summary and a code and waits until you reply approve.
