1. What Are Credits?
Summary
Credits are like fuel for your AI team. Every plan includes them, and they power everything you do on Pocodot.
Credits are how you pay for using Cole and all Pocodot agents. Think of them like fuel for your AI team - every plan comes with a monthly credit allotment, and they're used automatically as you work.
Different actions use different amounts of credits - a quick chat message uses fewer credits than a voice call or image generation. The exact amount varies based on complexity, so we keep it simple: just watch your credit balance on your dashboard. Browser tasks are priced per action: opening or acting on a page 2 credits, a screenshot 3, a sign-in 5, and a card payment 10.
When you run low, you'll see a notification. You can top up anytime or upgrade your plan for more credits each month.
2. How Credits Work
Summary
Credits are used automatically in the background. Simpler tasks use fewer; complex tasks use more.
Your credit balance is visible on your dashboard at all times. As you use Cole - whether chatting, making calls, generating content, or running tasks - credits are used automatically.
Simpler tasks use fewer credits; more complex tasks use more. This is handled in the background so you can focus on getting things done, not counting credits.
- Free plan: You receive 150 credits on signup to try Cole. Once they're used, upgrade to a paid plan for a larger monthly credit allotment.
- Paid plans: Your full monthly allotment is available from day one of your billing cycle. Unused credits carry over to the next cycle, capped at your plan's rollover limit (e.g. 2,000 for Pro, 5,000 for Max).
If you notice your credits going down faster than expected, you might be using more compute-intensive features. Consider upgrading to a higher plan for a larger monthly allotment.
3. Buying More Credits

- Higher-tier plans get better credit-per-dollar rates on top-ups

4. Understanding Your Credit Balance
Summary
Your dashboard shows your balance and usage trend. You'll get notified when credits are running low.
Your dashboard shows your current credit balance and a usage bar for the current billing period. You'll receive notifications when your balance drops below 20% and 10% of your monthly allotment.
The usage display shows your aggregate usage trend for chat and agent work. Browser actions are the exception: they have fixed per-action prices, listed on the credits page. To manage costs, consider which features you use most and choose a plan that fits your usage pattern.
