    Cole is Pocodot's flagship AI assistant. Think of Cole as your Chief of Staff - you message Cole with what you need done, and Cole figures out how to get it done using the best agents available.

    Cole works wherever you do: through WhatsApp, Slack, LINE, Telegram, iMessage, or the web chat. No dashboards to learn - just send a message and Cole handles the rest.

    2. Talking to Cole

    Summary

    Message Cole through any connected channel or use the web chat at /cole/chat. All conversations appear in a unified inbox.

    The primary way to interact with Cole is by sending messages - just like texting a colleague. You can:

    • Send a message on any connected channel (WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, LINE, or iMessage)
    • Use the web chat at /cole/chat to message Cole right from your browser
    • Ask Cole to research, draft, schedule, summarize, or delegate tasks

    Every conversation - regardless of which channel it started on - is visible in the Conversations inbox. This gives you a single place to review history, pick up where you left off, and track what Cole is working on.

    3. Connecting Channels

    Summary

    Connect WhatsApp, Slack, LINE, Telegram, or iMessage so you can message Cole from the tools you already use.

    To start messaging Cole on your favorite platform, connect a channel:

    1. Go to Integrations
    2. Select the channel you want to connect (e.g., WhatsApp)
    3. Follow the setup instructions - most channels connect in under a minute
    4. Send your first message to Cole on that channel

    You can connect multiple channels at once. Cole keeps context across all of them, so you can start a conversation on WhatsApp and continue it on Slack.

    4. Teams & Agent Orchestration

    Summary

    Cole delegates complex tasks to specialized agent teams. Smart Routing decides whether Cole handles it alone or brings in a team.

    When a task requires specialized skills, Cole delegates to agent Teams - curated groups of AI agents that collaborate on multi-step workflows.

    • Smart Routing - Cole automatically decides if it can handle the task alone or if a team is needed
    • Agent pipelines - Teams execute tasks in sequence (e.g., research → write → optimize → publish)
    • Transparent progress - You can see which agents are working and what they've produced

    5. Task Board (Alpha)

    Summary

    An experimental Kanban board for visual task tracking is available at /cole/tasks. It's in alpha and secondary to the conversational experience.

    For users who prefer a visual overview, Cole also offers an experimental Kanban-style task board:

    • Four columns: To Do, In Progress, Review, and Done
    • Drag tasks between columns
    • View subtasks and assigned agents per task

    Note: The task board is currently in alpha. The primary way to interact with Cole is through messaging. The board is available at /cole/tasks for those who want to try it.
