    Connect, check and recover

    1. Open Integrations and find Gmail. Follow the connection offered for your account.
    2. Confirm the account name and read the requested permissions. Connect only an account you are authorized to use.
    3. Try a small read-only request, inspect its source, then review any proposed change and its destination.

    Check the result

    Compare the summary with the source messages. For an approved send, inspect Sent mail and the recipient before retrying.

    Limits and recovery

    Connecting one Google account does not connect every mailbox you own. Check the email address shown in Integrations; do not assume a request switched accounts.

    If the account is missing or authorization expired, reconnect the intended mailbox and repeat a read-only search first.
