    What to try with Cole

Turn notes into a next step

Include the relevant notes with your request. Ask Cole for a concise recap, open questions or a draft follow-up.

    Work with connected tools

Connect the account needed for your task. Check the available action and permissions before asking Cole to use it.

    Keep the request in context

Mention Cole where you need help, or use a direct message. Include the facts the task depends on.

    Verify the outcome

For an external action, open the destination and check what changed. A proposed draft and a completed action are different outcomes.

    Start with one conversation.

    1. Connect your workspace

Sign in to Cole, choose Slack in Integrations and complete authorization. Request admin approval if Slack requires it.

    2. Make one clear request

Start with a DM or channel mention and provide the relevant notes. Try a recap or draft before connecting more tools.

    3. Check the result

Review the response. For connected-tool work, confirm the actual change in the destination before relying on it.

    FAQ

Connect Slack from your Cole workspace, complete the Slack authorization and mention Cole in a supported channel or send a direct message. Your Slack administrator may need to approve installation.

Do not assume whole-workspace monitoring. The documented Slack group flow supplies the message that mentions Cole. Additional history depends on a separately authorized retrieval tool and its access. Include the context needed for your request.

The channels differ. Cole’s documented WhatsApp group flow can retain unaddressed messages as context in connected groups. Slack’s mention flow does not imply the same background collection.

Available actions depend on the connected account, tool permissions and plan. Check the account and recipient, complete any required approval, and verify the result in the destination. An integration listing does not guarantee every action.

Cole is powered by an AI model and may sometimes generate inaccurate responses. Always verify important information from authoritative sources, especially for critical decisions.

See the current pricing page for trial credits, paid allowances and feature eligibility. Slack installation and a paid subscription are separate steps.
