Keeps up with the group
In LINE and WhatsApp groups linked to your workspace, Cole keeps the messages that were not addressed to him as context, without replying. Ask for a shortlist or a summary and he works from what the group already said.
Mentions and nicknames
Ask Cole to nudge someone in a LINE group and he mentions them, so they get the notification. If your group gives Cole a nickname, he answers to it.
Photos and files as one request
Send a set of photos or documents together and Cole answers once about all of them. He reads images, PDFs and office documents.
Private stays private
What you tell Cole in your private chat is used only in your own chats, not in the group. Ask him to forget a note, or to share one with the group when you mean to.
Calls, email and calendar
From the same chat, Cole can research, draft and send email from your connected account, manage your calendar, set reminders and, on paid plans, make phone calls for you.

In groups linked to your workspace, Cole keeps messages that were not addressed to him as context and does not reply to them. He replies when someone addresses him by name, by a nickname the group gave him, or with a mention.

Yes, on paid plans. Ask in the chat and Cole confirms the number and purpose before he dials. Today he can call numbers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand.
