      He greets the person by name, says why he is calling and has the conversation.

    4. Read what was said

      The summary and the full transcript are saved to Call History in your Pocodot account.

    Who sees the call

    Each person sees the calls they asked for. The workspace owner sees every call and can let specific admins review them too.
