How Cole's phone calls work, and where to find them afterwards
Product update, . Call History changes shipped on 4 October 2026.
Some errands still need a phone call: confirming a booking, checking whether a shop has something in stock, asking a clinic for the next free appointment. Cole can make those calls for you. You ask in the chat you already use, and he calls.
How a call works
- Ask in your chat. Give Cole the number, who he is calling and what you want to find out or arrange. Reference numbers and names help.
- Confirm. Cole confirms the number and the purpose with you before he dials.
- The call. Cole greets the person by name and says why he is calling, then has the conversation.
- Afterwards. The call's summary and transcript are saved to Call History in your Pocodot account.
Which numbers, which plans
Phone calls are a paid-plan feature. On the free plan Cole will tell you calls need an upgrade instead of dialling. Today Cole can call numbers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand. If you ask for a number elsewhere, he says so before anything is dialled.
Calls use credits from your plan, like every other action. Check the current plans for allowances.
Call History
Since 4 October, Call History shows each person the calls they asked for. The workspace owner sees every call in the workspace and can allow specific admins to review all calls too. Each entry shows who asked, the summary, the transcript and the credits used, so you can check what was said without asking Cole to repeat it.
Good requests
- "Call the hotel at this number, confirm my booking for Friday under my name and ask about late check-out."
- "Call the clinic and ask for the earliest appointment next week. Do not book it yet, just tell me the options."
- "Call this shop and ask if they have the 27-inch model in stock and the price."
Say what Cole may agree to and what he should only ask about. If something needs your decision, ask him to come back to you instead of deciding on the call.
